Missions

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Marketing & Revenue team as a Junior E-Distribution & Revenue Support Specialist. This role is a great entry point for anyone interested in revenue management and hotel distribution systems. You will work closely with the Digital Manager, in charge of upper funel acquisition strategies and the Revenue Management team (external partner), gaining hands-on experience in e-distribution, channel connectivity, and system coordination.

This position offers excellent learning opportunities and exposure to the key systems and strategies used in hotel revenue management.

Your Main Responsabilities :

E-Distribution & Channel Support

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s online distribution channels (OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, wholesalers such as Hotelbeds, and GDS).

  • Assist in checking and maintaining the accuracy of hotel content, availability, and rates across channels.

  • Help with the setup of new channels and learn how to connect them to our CRS (Synxis) and PMS (Opera).

  • Help with the setup of new products in the systems ( room category, room rates, packages, ect...)

  • Learn to monitor channel performance and support the team in identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

  • Take part in maintaining our content distribution tool (Leonardo).

System Coordination

  • Collaborate with the CRS and PMS support teams to ensure smooth system operations.

  • Support troubleshooting by reporting technical issues and following up with IT and external vendors.

  • Learn the basics of configuring rate plans, room types, and contracts in our systems.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Act as a point of contact for external distribution partners, with guidance from the Digital Manager.

  • Work with revenue, reservations, and marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns.

  • Help maintain documentation and procedures while developing your knowledge of hotel distribution and revenue systems.

Profil

Profile & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Revenue Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Distribution, RM, Sales, or a related field, within the hospitality sector.

  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and distribution channels.

  • Knowledgeable about Hotel operational procedures, Hotel distribution systems, reservation / front office / sales procedures.

  • Proficient in data analytics with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bilingual in English and French; additional languages are an asset (Spanish, German)
